Challenge #92 - Winter

Woot-woot!!  We're sending out a "super thank you" to all of our challenge participants this week. We certainly had an outstanding response to our "Anything Goes" challenge... and we love you for it. We're looking for a guest designer from our November entrants.. so we do hope you will join us and play along - there's just this week left if you want to jump in. You just might be the lucky person who is selected to come and join us for the month of December.

Just so you know, we used to draw a random number for the $5 gift certificate to Sassy Cheryl's shop. But now that you can enter any card or paper project, those who use a sassy Cheryl image get an extra entry in the drawing, and a random number selection just won't work any more. So here's what I do.. I put all of the names in a hat (it's really a Huggies Wipe container - he-he) and draw a name. That's how the lucky winner is picked. I tried to get one of my dogs to pick, but that just wouldn't work. Trust me on this. My dogs want to eat and shred all of paper....I really tried to get creative.

So, with that said, our winner for this week is  Jan Hunnicut. Congratulations to you, Jan! Just email Sassy Cheryl to make arrangements to get your $5 gift certificate to Sassy Cheryl's shop. You will find some adorable digis that are just perfect for any occasion you can think of. Then go color them up and come back and join us again and again.

Challenge #91 - Anything Goes

Hello sassy friends... Lots going on with us today. And, Happy Thanksgiving to all of our US friends!

Before we get to the details of this week's challenge, are you anxious to learn if Sassy Cheryl was able to guess all of the cards we created last week? Well, here's the collage of the cards the sassy gals created and here's how Sassy Cheryl fared.

All of the cards in the collage are numbered.. and Sassy Cheryl's guesses (and image names) for each of the sassy gals are...

Challenge #90 - Stump the Boss (Anything Goes)

Thanks to so many of you who played along in our embossing challenge last week. Great participation! We're spending November looking for that one special entry that earns someone a spot as a guest designer for the month of December. So, we are hoping you will join in and have some fun with us.

Many of you will remember that we did this last year and we had a great time ribbing Sassy Cheryl.

 The Sassy Gals have been working diligently behind the scenes to stump our boss, Sassy Cheryl. Sassy Cheryl claims that she can tell which design team member made a particular card by just looking at it. So, we are putting Sassy Cheryl to the test. Using the challenge criteria for this week's challenge "Anything Goes", the DT has created these lovelies.

So, we're going to give Sassy Cheryl a few days to work through this to make her selections. All she has to do is correctly match up the sassy gals to their cards. But we're hoping she makes her picks quickly as she has been WHINING about the DT gals cheating the last time we did this. Frankly, we have no idea what in the world she is talking about!!!??

Challenge #89 - Emboss It!

Hi sassy friends... Are you having a terrific and sassy week so far? It's been busy here with the Sassy gals.

We've got lots of news to share with you this week. Beginning today, and for the remainder of November's challenges (15th, 22nd and 29th), we'll be checking out all of our entries and selecting one lucky person who will be our guest designer for the month of December. Challenge #88 - Just saying "Thanks"

The month of October always kind of sneaks up on us.... where in the world did it go?? Now there's the astonishing realization that there are only two more months of card and paper project making before gift- giving time is upon us. So, let's all get ready....Sorry, didn't mean to depress anyone! Just saying....
